KIM & MARTIN
Kim is Executive Chef and can be regularly found in our kitchens. Martin works closely with MD Ian.
Ian joined the business in 2010 as Operations Director and became Managing Director 5 years later.
James joined TLG at the start of 2020 and has steered our ship through the many challenges COVID-19 has presented.
Head of Sales & Marketing
Lynsey started her journey with TLG in 2012 as Events and Marketing Manager in Leeds and is now Head of Sales and Marketing.
Group HR Manager
Jeanette joined TLG in 2014 and in the last 7 years has overseen the company grow from 250 to 500 plus team members.
Regional Manager - Thaikhun
Winnie joined TLG as a Business Manager in 2011 and became Regional Manager in 2016.
Systems & Procurement Manager
Louis joined the business in 2014 and is responsible for cementing modern systems and running an efficient supply chain.
Tracey has worked for TLG for 8 years and during that time has overseen the company grow from 4 sites to 18 across the country.
Woody first joined TLG in 2013 and has been a vital member of our central team of chefs ever since.
